The ancient royal traditional thai medicine text indicates there are 72,000 channels originating inside the abdominal cavity. All 72,000 channels spread from the abdominal cavity through the entire body via the ten major life energy (prana) channels called ”Sen Sib” (Ten Meridian Lines). The obstruction of prana flow can cause discomfort or illness to a person. As Sen Sib is the major energy channels throughout the body, they need regular 'maintenance' to avoid any blockages or stagnation. This "Sen Sib" ( Ten Meridian Lines) theory is the core of Traditional Thai Massage.
Our Signature Massage combines the healing influences of 2 different techniques: Deep Tissue & Traditional Thai Massage. With this treatment, energy blockages are released, boundaries dissolve and deep healing occurs. Its primary aim is to restore and balance the body’s energy system by activating the energy channels thereby improving the capacity of the body to heal itself and to promote better health and well-being.

Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing technique combining acupressure, stretching, gentle twisting and assisted yoga postures. It is commonly known as ‘Thai Yoga Massage’.
Traditional Thai Massage is given on a floor mat with the recipient fully clothed without the use of massage oil. It works along the energy (meridian) lines and combines passive stretching and movement of joints. This massage releases lactic acid and other toxins from areas of accumulation.
Traditional Thai Massage improves posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion and circulation. It is beneficial for relieving muscular fatigue and pain, reducing tension and headaches and regaining muscular and joints mobility. Muscles are stretched, inner organs toned, and is reduced.
Traditional Thai Massage also enhances your practice of yoga and other physical modalities by improving range of motion and reducing emotional and nervous tension caused by stress.

Indian Head Massage is a holistic therapy that was featured in the earliest Ayurvedic texts, which date back nearly 4000 years. These ancient texts describe that, when used in conjunction with herbs, spices and aromatic oils, Indian head massage had an important medical function and could not only “strengthen muscles and firm skin”, but also encourage the body’s innate healing energy.
This massage includes the face, neck, upper arms and shoulders areas that accumulate high levels of stress and tension.
By working on the three higher Chakras (energy vortices): Visuddhi, Ajna and Sahasrara, the body’s entire energy system could be rebalanced.
It is a seated massage which can be done one of two ways:

The head is the heaviest part of the body which is held together by the neck and shoulders. When the head is held at unnatural angles for prolonged periods of time during activities such as working on a computer, writing, driving, etc, the muscles of the neck and shoulders can get overly stressed. Incorrect posture, wrong sleeping positions and strenuous sport activities all take a heavy toll on the neck and shoulders. Persistent anxiety and stress can also be a factor as most people have a tendency to hunch their shoulder muscles when stressed.
Neck and shoulder stiffness reduce the blood flow to vital (subconscious) parts of the brain causing fatigue, headaches, dizziness, panic attacks, insomnia, and poor functioning of the immune system. Standing for long hours can attribute to neck and shoulder stiffness as in the erect position, the neck muscles are forced to contract for a long period of time and so they collect lactic acid which causes neck pain. Massage as well as yoga exercises, help to relieve that stiffness and rectify or prevent the above problems.
Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage soothe away tensions and break down the accumulated lactic acids. It helps relieve headaches by stimulating the nerves on your scalp and the blood circulation within your head. Massaging the neck and shoulders promote deep relaxation to the stressed shoulder muscles, stimulates the flow of blood and the release of endorphins and improves the functioning of the lymph system.
Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage relaxes and energises the body and is performed in a sitting position.

Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. When this energy flows uninterrupted, there is balance and harmony within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
Each individual experiences Reiki differently depending on their individual needs at the time. Some may not feel any sensations and some recipients may feel sensations of heat, tingling, or experience seeing colours, whilst others can have an emotional response, indicating that shifts are taking place, allowing harmony to be restored.
Reiki works on different levels the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual enhancing everything in life.
In a Reiki treatment, the recipient remains fully clothes throughout the treatment and can be in a seated or supine position. The practitioner places her/his hands on or near different parts of the recipient’s body in a series of hand positions where the energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the recipient’s body.
Reiki is not associated with any religious practice. It is a therapy that anyone can enjoy in the normal course of their life and is open to any belief system. Reiki is for everyone: adults, babies, toddlers, children, elderly and pets.
Reiki can be used alongside other conventional or complementary treatment and often helps to provide emotional support during recovery.
